Todd, the lead TMBR™ developer, has over 31 years of experience in development and construction with over $600 mil in overall projects completed. His consistent leadership, strong work ethic and organization has contributed to the success of many ventures.

Todd is also President of Kroiss Development, a premier luxury builder based in Excelsior. Being Best-In-Class emulates the true determination to continually work with the most inspirational design partners to create truly unique spaces while delivering a customer centric experience.

Kroiss has garnered many professional accolades that contributed to awards such as the 2016 and 2018 BLEND Award and the 2017 BATC Reggie Award. Todd earned a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota and also holds multiple licenses and designations.

In just over two years Studio BV has grown to a team of 15 designers and architects and is one of the fastest growing design firms in Minnesota. This growth and business leadership has garnered Betsy as a 2019 Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal Top Women in Business Award as well as national design recognition. Betsy’s design work was an honoree in Interior Design Magazine’s Best of the Year 2018 awards program. She is a national design critic and has been a juror for many national design awards including Contract Magazine Global Design Awards in 2017.

Colin studied landscape architecture at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received his Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. His work, research and writing focus on discovering new and innovative methods to link nature and buildings. He has written about these ideas for T/here: Journal of Architecture + Landscape, Scape Magazine, and Architecture MN Magazine. He teaches at the University of Minnesota and guest lectures at Dunwoody College. Colin’s passion is to better people’s lives and impact the environment with innovative residential architecture.

With years of downtown living under his belt and a fascination with real estate dating back to his early years, Minnesota native Kent Pitlick knew that a career helping others experience the ultimate urban lifestyle he had come to love was in his future.

After Graduating from Minnesota State, Mankato with a degree in Business Management and double minors in Marketing and Administration and entered the auto dealership industry, gaining several years of valuable business experience. But his original passion for real estate – stemming from his early days of managing a small portfolio for his family’s business – called to him and he eagerly returned to it when he joined the DRG leasing team. For over six years, Kent has leased and managed residential properties throughout the Twin Cities, with a special focus on the downtown Minneapolis condo market. Now Kent is using his knowledge to help home buyers find their perfect piece of Minneapolis.
